In light of the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to acknowledge the situation and update you on the measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers, our staff and their families.
New policies & procedures
Following the guidelines issued by the Australian Government Department of Health, all of our staff have been briefed on strict hygiene and handling procedures to reduce the risk of potential infection. This extends to our warehouse staff performing deliveries and installations.
We have also implemented new workplace policy in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Australian Government Department of Health in relation to self-isolation and testing.
At the present time, we are operating as normal. In the event of a workplace closure, all operations can be modified to ensure continuity of business from remote working locations.
We are taking the current situation very seriously and are continuing to monitor and update our policies in accordance with new and emerging information from the Australian Government. We will notify all customers immediately of any changes to our current operation.
Manufactured in Australia
Local manufacturing is important. Fortunately, many of our products are manufactured locally, right here in our warehouse. We want to assure you that you can be confident in the quality and availability of our product, with the high level of service you have come to expect from PCF Australia.
